Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- It must be in the original packaging with original tags and labels
- The return must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product

Non-returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including Innerwear. Kindly refer product details while placing the order

Refunds

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 7 business days

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company.
