Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time during peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods. We will notify you once the order has been shipped
  2. Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days of shipping
  3. Shipping Costs: We provide free delivery for all products across India.
  4. Shipping in India: Free shipping across India
  5. International Shipping: We currently do not serve customers outside of India
  6. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through the delivery partner’s website
  7. Undeliverable Packages: In the event that a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is unclaimed, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package
  8. Lost or Stolen Packages: We understand the importance of your order. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the matter
  9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply
